OUR PRIORITY RESPONSE
The YDO team wants to support our clients as well as possible to ensure optimal
Priority 1 – Out of Service. If a client’s Production Web Environment is Out of Service, that issue receives highest priority from our team to get the immediate issue resolved and back into working order. Our response time is ASAP, but we’re committed to answering you within 4 business hours.
Priority 2 – Functional Issue. If a client’s Production Web Environment is running, but contains a functional issue, we’re committed to answering you within 1 business day.
Priority 3 – Feature Request. For enhancements to an existing Production Web Environment, we’re committed to answering you within 3 business days.
Priority 4 – Ongoing Project. If your request is in relation to an Ongoing Project on our Development Environment, please make your request in our Project Management portal.
